What does the $300 booking fee actually do?+
It reserves your build slot and covers your strategy call and the prep work that goes into it. The full $300 is credited toward your $799 total — it's part of the price, not an extra charge. Because it pays for real work that starts right away, the booking fee is non-refundable.
How do I know what's happening during the build?+
Every order gets a private tracking page the moment you reserve. You'll see a 5-stage stepper (Kickoff → Design → Build → Review → Live), a launch countdown, preview links as soon as they exist, a deliverables checklist, and timestamped updates from Rodrigo. Log in anytime with your order code and email — no waiting on status emails.
Is 5 days really realistic?+
Yes — 5 business days from kickoff. Kickoff starts only once three things are done: your strategy call is complete, you've sent us everything we need (logo, photos, text), and your balance is paid. If any of that is delayed, the clock simply pauses until we have it — your delays don't count against the 5 days. Because we build this way every week, the process is fast and predictable.

That's exactly who we build for. You never touch code or plugins. Want a change? Message us and a real person handles it — usually same day on the Growth or Scale plan. You're never left stuck.
Do you build online stores or web apps?+
Yes. Standard ecommerce and custom web apps go beyond the $799 website tier — book a free call and we'll scope it and give you a clear flat quote before anything starts. Ongoing ecommerce, CRM, and custom-app support runs on our Scale plan ($225/mo).
Can you really deliver in 24 hours?+
Yes — that's our $999 Rush tier, up to 5 pages. It only works if you send every piece of content (copy, photos, logo, brand assets) at kickoff. If materials arrive late, the 24-hour clock starts when they land. Rush builds are paid in full at booking and non-refundable.
How do the monthly plans work?+
Three tiers, all month-to-month with no long-term contract. Essential ($25/mo) is the minimum required to keep your site hosted, backed up, secure, and monitored. Growth ($100/mo) adds unlimited small content edits and priority turnaround. Scale ($225/mo) covers ecommerce, CRMs, and custom web apps with ongoing feature support. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime — but if you cancel entirely, the site goes offline.
